Fleur Daniels and her husband thought they’d done everything possible to warm up and dry out their Tauranga home. Built in the ‘50s with brick cladding, their 109m2 home was a classic example of a cold, damp Kiwi home. And, despite replacing their roof, installing insulation in the floor and ceiling, installing a heat pump, a fireplace, and a heat-transfer ventilation system, the couple were still having major moisture issues.
